1. Cancellation
How to Cancel
Cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from Settings in the app. No email or phone call required — fully self-service.
Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation is confirmed immediately with no further charges
- You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- After billing period ends, your account becomes read-only
- Your data is preserved indefinitely — request export or deletion anytime
Reactivation
Changed your mind? Resubscribe anytime. Your existing data will still be there.
2. Refund Policy
During Free Trial (Days 1–14)
No charge occurs during the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
First Paid Billing Cycle (Days 15–28)
Full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked. This is a one-time courtesy for your first charge only.
After the First 14 Days of Paid Service
No refunds for the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges and you keep access until the end of your cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund
Email us with your account email and organization name. We will confirm within 2 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
4. Exceptions
- Plan downgrades do not generate refunds for the current cycle
- No prorated refunds for partial-month usage
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refund
- The 14-day guarantee applies once per organization, for the first cycle only
5. Custom Agreements
Organizations on custom agreements may have different terms as specified in their individual contracts.
6. Data After Cancellation
We preserve your data indefinitely after cancellation. You may request a full data export or complete deletion per GDPR Article 17 at any time by contacting support.
